### Decision
Spectrum provides two mechanism
- TCP/IP with virtio-net
- Wayland with virtio-gpu (nevermind the semantics) for streamed IPC protocol to
send references to shared memory

- Examples required on how to write applications which communicate over
virtio-gpu
