The Matrix bridge is "in beta", which I think is good enough.

What's the purpose of noting they're logged, if the logs aren't available? I'd
personally drop this until they *are* available (and then link them), but it's
up to you.

To let people know that what they say will be public, which I think is
important to do since it's not the default on IRC.
