meta = with stdenv.lib;
is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.
This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.

This reverts commit 8c410f4b1877d3de7be5255972ef8177cdb81b9a with a fix
to make the tests run correctly. bochs-drm must not be blacklisted for
that.

This reverts commit 0307c27219ba43cc0a78cd370f825deca16eeaa2.
The only change was blacklisting bochs-drm, but that breaks our VM setup
and I don't see a good reason to do that on the Ubuntu issue
(just some PowerPC failure).
Defaulting to qxl driver might be better anyway, but I'm not venturing
such changes now.
