To keep this for the future we also strictDeps where possible, including for janePackages, topkg, oasis and ocamlbuild.
This makes some closures significantly smaller and makes cross compilation easier

meta = with stdenv.lib;
is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.
This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.

multi-line expressions, like Python and Haskell.

sqlite3EZ is a thin wrapper for sqlite3-ocaml with a simplified interface. Query
results are processed with a functional map/fold, transactions are
aborted by exceptions, resource management is handled by the garbage
collector, etc.
