The `strictoverflow` hardening feature causes a build failure when using Clang as the compiler, not just on Darwin.

This change was produced by searching for remaining occurrences of
stdenv.lib and replacing them manually.

Part of: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/108938
meta = with stdenv.lib;
is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.
This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.
The script in its current form is available at

* ocaml-modules/dtoa: disable hardening (strictoverflow) on darwin
This prevents a compile-time error on macOS:
clang-4.0: error: argument unused during compilation: '-fno-strict-overflow'
[-Werror,-Wunused-command-line-argument]
* ocaml-modules/dtoa: remove unnecessary createFindLibDestdir
* ocaml-modules/dtoa: remove ounit from build inputs
